Each week we have a studio guest star听who acts as a kind of radio columnist commenting on all that we do and talking about their own take on life. We've had Alexander McCall Smith, Tony Blackburn, Jeanette Winterson and Joanna Trollope - I only give you this list so that you can see for yourself they are a mixed bag of talent.听
Inheritance Tracks is a gorgeous feature that allows someone to talk about the song they inherited from their parents and the one they'll pass on to the next generation - it's a real radio gem.
It's hard to label what our big interviews are about but they all focus on the odd path that life can take - from听 the man who spent 25 years in jail for a crime he didn鈥檛 commit to the professor who kept the听 Leaning Tower of Pisa from leaning too far. We have a habit of asking people听 what it is that they wish they had known - try it yourself, it can be quite revealing - and it's all wrapped up in a pretty bow by our studio poets.
