Football's always been a major part of my life ever since I was about 10 and my father took me to watch an England versus Brazil match. I was totally gobsmacked by the atmosphere. People were chanting the English songs, cheering on Gary Lineker. I've been following football ever since.
In China, it's very popular even though the standard isn't very high. We've got a national league and it's always a full house there. Up to forty thousand fans attend and they're all chanting wild and frantically.
Here in Manchester, some of the restaurants in Chinatown will also be hosting some of the matches at seven thirty or even ten o'clock in the morning. They plan to do some breakfasts so we're going to have breakfast and support China as well as watch all the other games too. That's the way to do it!
