'I saw them last year at Spitz in London. They were fantastic. The audience ranged from 18-80 and every single one of them took to the dance floor. The music was mesmerizing (Klezmerizing!?). There were many different nationalities at the gig and I felt the music conjured an ecstatic sense of unity transcending not only community boundaries but, just as rare perhaps, generation gaps too. The musicians were incredibly accomplished and the energy and vibrancy with which they played induced what can only be described as a euphoric dancing frenzy. Absolutely joyous stuff. Raw, vigorous and intelligent. It broadened my horizons to a completely new form of music. I have followed Klezmer ever since.'
