Kasichana was introduced to dance at her primary school in S.E. London. She started her more formal training at fourteen when she joined a hip-hop group and Trinity Laban’s CAT scheme where she started training in contemporary and ballet.

Her interest in contemporary dance expanded when she joined Shift, the resident youth company at The Place. Currently in her first year at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, Kasichana loves music and theatre and hopes for a career in dance.
