Tanzania is hoping to increase the number of tourists visiting the country through some of its unique selling points. Kitulo National Park which has a breath-taking scenery is one of them. It is the only park of its kind in East Africa, established 20 years ago solely for the protection of its unique flora and fauna. The park is locally referred to as ‘Bustani ya Mungu’, Swahili for ‘The Garden of God’. It is home to 350 species of plants and flowers, including 45 varieties of ground orchids. The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s David Nkya visited Tanzania’s southern highlands to find out more.
