May's plea to toughen dangerous driving punishments
Theresa May has urged the PM to back her bid to bring in life sentences for the offence of causing death by dangerous driving.
Boris Johnson said he believed in punishments "fitting the crime" and that government legislation would go further than what Mrs May was seeking.
