Dean Windass has been speaking to 成人快手 Radio 5 Live Breakfast about what is helping him during lockdown.
Speaking to Nicky Campbell and Rachel Burden, the former Hull, Bradford, Middlesbrough and Aberdeen striker's said: 鈥淵ou鈥檝e go to have a structure.鈥
Windass struggled with mental health problems after retiring from football.
