‘Adolescence’ script writer tells us the secret of the 'one take' shot

The drama is getting rave reviews, with each episode lasting about an hour with no cuts.

Speaking to 5 Live Breakfast, Jack Thorne explained the team shot twice a day every day for a week, meaning it became muscle memory for everyone involved.

"It's like doing a play. You know exactly where you're supposed to be and what you're supposed to do."
