'Burns are just an occupational hazard'

They say it's hard for a young woman to break the glass ceiling, but Beth Gates is an artist smashing through it.
The 20-year-old for Farnham in Hampshire is one of a very few young, female glassblowers in the country.
She's says peoples' faces light up when she tells them what she does for a living, especially when she reveals she works with a furnace burning at over 1000 degrees centigrade and burns are just part of the job.
Part 1 of a series of films meeting the young people shaking up the UK's most traditional industries.
