Brit was 16 when the tsunami killed both his parents
Louis Mullen and his younger brother Theo, were both orphaned when the Boxing Day tsunami hit Thailand, where they were on holiday with their parents 10 years ago.
He was only 16 at the time, but both Louis and his brother stuck together to survive the tsunami, which he described as feeling "like a washing machine".
Louis said "he searched every hour" for his parents, before being told by a police liaison officer that both had died and been identified only by their dental records.
In the last 10 years, Louis said he and his brother have had total "love and support" from their family back in Cornwall, where they have re-settled.
