Tsunami survivor: The train looked like a toy in the wave
Shenth Ravindra survived after his train was hit by a tsunami - around 1500 people died. He recounts his story, where he was one of a small group of survivors in what was probably the worst train disaster in history.
To mark the tenth anniversary of the devastation in Sri Lanka, on 26th December, a special train will travel south in remembrance of the tsunami victims who travelled in the train that was destroyed near Paraaliya railway station.
These are a collection of photos that Shenth took after the first wave hit the train and before the second more devastating wave.
