Former Casualty actor Shalisha James-Davis meets young people who, like her, have received a life-changing diagnosis.

She was just 28 years old when she heard the devastating words ‘you have a rare cancer – mucinous ovarian cancer’. Now three years on and currently cancer free, she steps away from the dramatic storylines of stage and screen to share her own real-life story and connects with others, who, like her have faced a life changing diagnosis.

Still figuring out how to move forward following her diagnosis, Shalisha wants to know how they have navigated their way to a fulfilling life.
