Linton Stephens showcases the best performances by 成人快手 orchestras, choirs, ensembles and other great performing groups from Europe and around the globe. This week on Classical Live, we celebrate 25 years of the 成人快手 New Generation Artists scheme. Founded in 1999, the programme supports some of the world鈥檚 most exciting young instrumentalists, ensembles and singers at the start of their international careers, through performance and broadcast opportunities on Radio 3. Today, violist Timothy Ridout plays Stravinsky's Suite Italienne, pianist Elisabeth Brauss performs Schumann's Kinderszenen and cellist Andreas Brantelid joins the Swedish Chamber Orchestra to perform Haydn's Cello Concerto No. 1 in C major.

Plus, the Swiss Orchestra, conducted by Lena-Lisa W眉stend枚rfer perform George Templeton Strong's Le Livre d'Images, Suite No. 3 and pianist Bertrand Chamayou joins the Basel Chamber Orchestra to perform Mozart's Divertimento in B flat.
