Cerys curates an eclectic Sunday soundtrack with new discoveries, guests and classic gems. This week Cerys' guests are poet, author and broadcaster Lemn Sissay and Swedish musician/ producer Ebba 脜sman.

Lemn's first collection of poems Perceptions of The Pen was self-published in 1985, in 2014 he adapted Benjamin Zephaniah's Refugee Boy for the stage and in 2023 Lemn published a collection of short poems Let the Light Pour In: Morning Poems which he wrote every morning as dawn broke. The BAFTA nominated, International prize winning writer has been awarded an OBE and MBE for his services to literature. In 2012 he was the official poet of the London Olympics, he's held seats on the Booker Prize judging panel and served as the Chancellor of the University of Manchester.

Swedish jazz virtuoso Ebba 脜sman has been playing trombone since she was seven. She studied at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm and released her debut album back in 2019 and followed it with 2023's Be Free. Her third album When You Know was recorded in a rural cabin during winter and is due out in March via Dorado Records. The album is set to blend ambient, hip-hop, indie and jazz and is her first album which features her singing.

Expect a mix of funk, jazz, blues, folk and beats from around the globe, blending genres and crossing borders.
