This week Cerys chats to publisher and editor Kristin Jensen about the Blasta Books collection of cookery books. Now in their fourth year of publishing four books with writers and cooks in Ireland, the new publications for 2025 include, Larder, Tango, Jibrin and Messy! Prior to founding Blasta Books to represent under-represented voices and facets of Ireland's food culture, Kristin worked with established publishers including Penguin and Octopus.

Expect a mix of funk, jazz, blues, folk and beats from around the globe, blending genres and crossing borders. This week expect music from Joni Mitchell, Femi Kuti, Allen Tousaaint, Ebba Asman and Bon Iver.
