Christina Trevanion puzzles fairgoers with a darned good invention, but can they guess what it is? Ardingly antiques fair in West Sussex is the destination for a dash around the stalls, with experts Tim Weeks and Nick Hall.

With 拢300 in their pockets, two teams of families try to buy three items in an hour. On the red team are mum and daughter Sarah and Moya. This 鈥榟orse-mad鈥� duo are aiming to 'gallop to victory', but it鈥檚 a nay to a cast-iron horse鈥檚 head with a budget-busting price tag. Over with the blues, geographer dad Robin gets in a spin when he spots a little globe, but Nick鈥檚 impressed with its condition.

Then it鈥檚 off to Buckinghamshire for the sale with auctioneer Tom Baxter. He gives his all-important estimates to Christina before the teams鈥� items go under the hammer. Only the bidders can decide who wins!
