Southwell 11

At Southwell Racecourse, two teams are under starter鈥檚 orders, with 60 minutes to find three items to sell at Caroline Hawley鈥檚 auction.

Charlie Ross is beside the sea to learn about the history of mid-century ceramics made by Hornsea Pottery. The company produced tableware in familiar patterns from 1949 onwards that are again proving popular with a new generation of collectors.

In Nottinghamshire, two teams gallop around an antiques fair at Southwell Racecourse with experts Izzie Balmer and Nick Hall by their sides. On the blue team, hoping to have 'fun, fun, fun' and 'win, win, win' are partners Caroline and Glynn.

They鈥檙e up against Andy and Freddie, who aim to be 'the Yorkshire champions of Bargain Hunt'. On their shopping list is a piece of Sheffield silver, but it鈥檚 a rug that first catches Freddie鈥檚 eye. Watch to find out how their hour unravels.

Over on the blue team, Caroline is drawn to a Mad Hatter鈥檚 fairground sign. Let鈥檚 hope the White Rabbit is on hand to remind them of the time.

At the auction in Beverley, Caroline Hawley values the teams鈥 purchases - will it be the reds or the blues who clinch victory?
