Five Lessons From Lockdown

It鈥檚 two years since Wales first went into lockdown. Catrin Nye talks to five people who tell us what lessons they learned which they will take forward into the future.

In years to come, when the early days of COVID-19 become a distant memory, how will we think that the experience of lockdown changed us? If we had to boil all the things we have learned down to just five lessons, what would they be? In Five Lessons From Lockdown, Catrin Nye questions people from various walks of Welsh life about their key takeaways from Coronavirus.

She asks them what they wish they had known at the start of the lockdown. What have they learned about themselves, their work and their community? What is the thing they don't want to ever forget when life gets back to normal? Actress Alexandria Riley, Olympic cyclist Elinor Barker, foster carer Grahame Anzani, writer Eric Ngalle Charles and Theatre Clwyd director Tamara Harvey share their insights in a programme full of insight and inspiration.
