Survivors of institutional abuse will meet the head of the civil service at Stormont today to find out how the compensation scheme will work.
Most of them were children when they were abused - physically, mentally and sexually - in homes here. The victims will now finally receive compensation after MPs passed the necessary legislation last week just before parliament was dissolved. And today, their representatives will meet the head of the civil service, David Sterling, at Stormont to find out how it'll work.
