A solicitor says a review of Bloody Sunday prosecutions should come by Christmas.

A solicitor who represents some of the Bloody Sunday families says they should find out by Christmas if more soldiers could face prosecutions over the events of that day. In March, the Public Prosecution Service announced that only one veteran - known as Soldier F - would face two charges of murder and four of attempted murder. Prosecutors said there wasn't enough evidence to bring charges against any more soldiers. But they are now considering appeals from many of the families. Paddy MacDermott represents some of them and says the decision is expected within weeks.
