Are the Tories in office but not in power?

Love on Friday, divorce on Monday - no, it's not the latest from Love Island, but the unfolding everyday crisis of the Tories and Brexit.

Love on Friday, divorce on Monday - no, it's not the latest from Love Island but the unfolding everyday crisis of the Tories and Brexit. At the weekend all the cabinet gave support to Theresa May's plans, then David Davis resigned, followed quickly by Boris Johnson. She herself might be living on borrowed time and as for the Brexit negotiations, in terms of what happens next, we're into the realms of pinning the tale on the donkey. But it does look like Brexit is heading for a softer landing. Vinny spoke to Allison Morris from the Irish News, commentator Alex Kane, Alliance MLA Stephen Farry, businessman Irwin Armstrong, Sinn Fein TD David Cullinane and UUP leader Robin Swann.

Also on the programme, the wrong location, opposed by the local community and presenting a risk to life and property - that's the verdict of PUP Councillor Dr John Kyle on the Bloomfield Walkway bonfire in East Belfast. Vinny spoke to Dr John Kyle and Jamie Bryson from the East Belfast Community Initiative.
