The House of Lords has come under intense criticism from Brexiteers for what is seen as an attempt to potentially derail the government's plans. Is it time to get rid of it or is this just the time when we need the wise old heads in the upper house?
Teachers could be offered a sabbatical after 10 years in the job. It's a plan to help improve teacher retention. Would it help keep teachers in the profession? What about nurses, firefighters and police officers?
