Each week, as well as blending key new releases with classics from the UK, USA, Jamaica, Africa and beyond, Don highlights a piece of Crucial Vinyl - a cherished album from his own collection. He explains why it means so much to him and features three key tracks. This week he picks Hand on the Torch released by Us3 in 1993.

Don says, "This debut album by the jazz-rap outfit founded in London was an interesting mix of live musicians, fat bass lines and rap. But the ace up their sleeve was their source of samples... they managed to get access to the legendary Blue Note label catalogue - their most famous sample being Herbie Hancock's Cantaloupe Island".
