Paul Murton embarks on an island-hopping adventure, travelling from Bute to Cumbrae and finally the iconic island of Ailsa Craig.

His second route sees Paul travel by vintage bike through the spectacular scenery of the central highlands to appreciate the charms of nature.

His two-wheeled adventure takes him through the popular tourist destinations of Pitlochry and Newtonmore, before ending in the stunning Cairngorms National Park, where ospreys are once again thriving.
