Should Lord Ahmed have been suspended from the Labour party for saying Bush and Blair are war criminals?

A Pakistani newspaper has reported allegations that the peer offered a a ten-million-dollar bounty for the capture of US Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush. Lord Ahmed's denied the allegations but has openly admitted that Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair should face justice after being involved in illegal wars.
