Is it difficult to be accepted into mainstream society if you wear a turban?

Did you watch the 成人快手1 documentary last night called "The Story of the Turban"?
As well being an historical look at the development and meaning of the Turban it looked also at the issues that surround wearing it in today's society.

The documentary talked to people who were rejected for jobs because of their traditional Sikh dress. Do you think this issue is still a problem in today's society? Is it easier or harder to be accepted if you wear a Turban? Get you stories in and speak to Nihal.
