One of the chefs from the South West will be going home. They present their desserts and former champion Michael Caines decides which deserves a place on the menu.
Great British Menu continues and one of the three chefs is going home. The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a fabulous banquet hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales - a celebration of the very finest local produce from around the country.
It's the last chance for the chefs from the South West - Henry Herbert, John Hooker and Nathan Outlaw to prove they've got what it takes to cook at the banquet. So which dessert will former champion Michael Caines think deserves a place on the banquet menu: sea buckthorn curd meringue, gooseberry Queen of Puddings or lemon meringue with honey ice-cream?
