Scotland Judging
The country's top chefs compete to cook at a banquet celebrating local produce. The two chefs in Scotland who got through cook their menus for the judges.
The country's top chefs compete to cook at a fabulous banquet to celebrate local produce from across the land. The pressure is on, as the host is HRH the Prince of Wales.
Each week three chefs battle it out in the kitchen for a chance to cook at the banquet, and in a new twist, a veteran of the competition will also taste and score their dishes. Only two chefs will cook for the Great British Menu judges at the end of the week, and one will go home.
It is judgement day and the two chefs must cook their entire menus for the Great British Menu judges, Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton.
