Treating people found drunk in public
Should people found drunk in public be seen by the NHS rather than put in a police cell? Graham Stewart takes your calls.
Should people found drunk in public be seen by the NHS rather than put in a police cell?
Scotland's police watchdog has called for people found drunk and incapable in a public place to be referred to the ambulance service rather than put in a police cell.
