Children's animation featuring the prehistoric pal. When taking a tour of his homeland, Tom the Dinosaur is swept away by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline and meets the Hamilton Circus, and together they see the world. When the opera comes to town, Tom is asked to take part in the performance. Carter, seeing a chance to capture Tom, sends threatening notes to the star of the show, who backs out of the performance. He is then able to install Miss Hatch in her place.
