Children's animation featuring the prehistoric pal. When taking a tour of his homeland, Tom the Dinosaur is swept away by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline and meets the Hamilton Circus, and together they see the world. Carter plans to strip the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao of its titanium roof covering. Tom gets wind of this, but when he reports to the police he's accused of being the thief. Tom catches the real thieves, but not without a few scares on the way.
