Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly.
It's the annual Oddsburg Pet Show, and although he's a friend rather than a pet, Nine wants Lottie to enter him. Lottie's mum has other ideas and gives her the pedigree pussy Mittenpops. Via some light emotional blackmail Nine gets his way - but as a disguised Nine wows the crowds, the usurped Mittenpops takes her revenge.
