Children's animation featuring Tom the Dinosaur. When taking a tour of his homeland, Tom is swept away by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline and meets the Hamilton Circus, and together they see the world. Tom, Tip and Wanda meet a young boy, Jerome, whose father faces ruin if he does not win the Belgian national chocolatiers' championship. Carter tries to capture Tom but his plans are thwarted, and Tom even has time to help Jerome's father win the championship.
