Children's animation featuring Tom the Dinosaur. While taking a tour of his homeland, Tom is swept away by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline and meets Tip and Wanda and the rest of the Hamilton Circus, and together they see the world. In his villa by Mount Etna on Sicily, Carter is planning to get his hands on a sunken Roman galley off shore. Once Tom, Tip and Wanda discover his plans, they try and convince Carter and his cronies that Mount Etna is erupting.
