Children's animation featuring Tom the Dinosaur. When taking a tour of his homeland, Tom is swept away by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline and meets Tip and Wanda and the rest of the Hamilton Circus, and together they see the world. Captain Flintoff and his assistant Hegg arrive in the town of Dunedin, ostensibly to catch an extinct moa bird, but in reality to seize species of endangered wildlife. Tom has a plan to turn the tables on Flintoff.
