Children's animation featuring Tom the Dinosaur. While taking a tour of his homeland, Tom is swept away from his family and friends by a terrible storm. He lands on the New York coastline, and meets Tip and Wanda and the rest of the Hamilton Circus. Carter plans, by devious means, to claim ownership of the Chateau de Chenonceau, which he intends to transport brick by brick back to his amusement park. Tom gets wind of the plot and foils it with the help of Tip and Wanda.
