Children's animation about a dinosaur who joins a circus and travels the world. The Hamilton circus has been hired by a hotelier, Guitar Joe, to attract customers. Carter plans to scupper Joe's hopes of a revival by stealing the circus tent. The plan, which involves a replica circus truck driven by Weedon - looks to be succeeding - until Tom, Tip and Wanda take a hand.
