Children's animation about a dinosaur who joins a circus and travels the world. It looks as if Carter may succeed in his plans to capture Tom. He has invented a sonic device which will attract animals of all description and make them follow it. In the case of Tom, he will be made to follow the noise to Carter's ship anchored off the Grecian coast. Tip and Wanda discover what is afoot and rig up some outsize ear-mufflers to protect Tom.
