Prohibited Items
Please check the 6 Music Festival Event which include a full list of prohibited items. Please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses are not allowed in the venue. Selfie sticks are also not permitted.
Food and Drink
There will be 6 bars in use across all levels of the venue for this event serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The O2 Academy Glasgow operates a challenge 25 policy.
Food options available to purchase at this venue are minimal, mostly restricted to small snacks i.e. crisps etc.
There will be a cloakroom in operation for these events. Items can be left for a £2 charge per item.

The O2 Academy has level access and whilst there is no parking on site, there is a car park at Bridge Street subway station (around 300 metres away on Eglinton Street) and a drop off point at the side of the venue. A viewing area is available which can accommodate a combination of seating and wheelchair users – to access this area you need to book a space in advance. Accessible toilets are also available.
