If you lose any of your possessions at Proms in the Park or Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, please email us at
Please make the subject of your email whatever the item is (i.e. lost camera, lost mobile phone, lost wallet) and include which day you lost the item – Saturday or Sunday. If you lost a bag containing several items please tell us this.
Please only email once about your property; we will try to respond to your email with 5 working days.
