Neil Warnock's Rangers beat Cardiff 2-1 at Loftus Road in November, thanks to a wonderful winner from the Championship's Player of the Season, Adel Taarabt. Cardiff, who last played in the top flight almost 50 years ago, will take a big step towards the Premier League if they exact revenge this afternoon.

So You Think You Can Dance continues tonight as Cat Deeley and judges Nigel Lythgoe, Arlene Phillips, Louise Redknapp and Sisco Gomez lead the search to find Britain's favourite dancer.

Training with world-class choreographers and working across an array of dance styles – lyrical hip hop to disco, commercial to jazz and Broadway to ballroom – the top 20 dancers take to the floor hoping to impress the judges and win valuable viewers' votes.

Performing in couples for the first time, the contestants are eager to make a good first impression, and so avoid being forced to dance for their place in the competition. The pressure is on, as tonight one boy and one girl will take their final bow and dance their way out of the contest, forfeiting their chance to dance in Hollywood and take home the £50,000 prize.

The truth about wife-beating Warren's death finally comes to light and Polly's attempts to help Hannah go disastrously wrong as the medical drama continues.

Kirsty goes to the fire station where they have been posthumously honouring her late husband, Warren. But daughter Nita has scaled the fire tower with a bottle of vodka, distraught that she has got her dad so wrong: Nita thought he was a bad man, but everyone here thinks he was a hero. In flashback the violent history of the family's relationship is relived and Nita finally reveals the true circumstances surrounding her father's death.

It's Polly's last day as a paramedic and she attends a shout with Jeff – for disturbed former patient Hannah Fleet. Hannah has now scalded herself and insists on being treated by Dylan, much to his discomfort. Becoming increasingly obsessed with Dylan's cavalier treatment of her, Hannah is determined to make him suffer as she has. With malicious intent she grabs a large pair of scissors, just as Polly runs to comfort her...

Stephen Lord plays Warren, with Sophia di Martino as Polly, Beth Goddard as Hannah, Lucy Gaskell as Kirsty, Holly Earl as Nita, Matt Bardock as Jeff and William Beck as Dylan.
