1. Paula Radcliffe: Can she achieve Olympic glory at last? Tune in to 成人快手 One in the early hours of Sunday 17 August (12.30-4.20am) to see Paula run or catch the highlights on Olympic Breakfast 6.00-9.00am. You could also download the action from 成人快手iPlayer.

2. Tom Daley: Can Britain's 14-year-old diving sensation achieve the seemingly impossible, by winning a medal in the men's 10m platform? The action, starting with the semi-finals, is live on the 成人快手 from 3.00am on Saturday 23 August, with the final at 1.00-2.20pm. By this stage Daley may already have tasted success with his partner Blake Aldridge in the men's 10m synchro, if they are selected to compete. The 10m synchro can be seen on Olympic Breakfast, 7.20-8.25am on Monday 11 August.

3. Ben Ainslie: Tipped to win a third successive gold, Ainslie goes in the Finn class looking to log the first sailing medal for Team GB. The deciding race can be seen on Saturday 16 August from 6.00am on 成人快手i.

4. Christine Ohuruogu: Can the controversial 400m runner add Olympic honours to world gold? 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will be bringing all of the athletics live on Day 11 of the Games, with the women's 400m final due to start at 3.10pm. Those who can't get to a TV can see the final streamed live at bbc.co.uk.

5. Kelly Sotherton: GB's heptathlete hope will be looking for a medal in the absence of Olympic champion Carolina Kluft and Kelly's own talented team-mate Jessica Ennis. The event kicks off with the 100m hurdles at 2.00am on Friday 15 August and the medals will be decided on Saturday 16 August, with the 800m scheduled to finish at 2.45pm. The 成人快手 will be there every step of the way with coverage on 成人快手 One, 成人快手i and bbc.co.uk.

6. Michael Phelps: The US swimmer won six swimming golds in 2004. Can he go one better and equal the 1972 record set by Mark Spitz? From Sunday 10 August to Sunday 17 August, Phelps will be hoping to take the top prize in the freestyle, butterfly, individual medley and relays. The swimming finals are scheduled to start at 3.00am each day and Olympic Breakfast will be bringing the best of the action on 成人快手 One. Follow him every step of the way on his quest for immortality.

7. Tyson Gay: Will the sprint king fulfil a 100m/200m/sprint relay treble? Gay will look to get the ball rolling with victory over rivals Asafa Powell and Usain Bolt in the blue riband 100m sprint on Saturday 16 August. The final is live on 成人快手 One and bbc.co.uk from 3.30pm.

8. Liu Xiang: The king of Chinese athletics, Xiang has dominated the high hurdles for the past few years and will be seeking to cement his place in Chinese folklore by taking gold. All will be revealed on Thursday 21 August at 2.35pm. The final will play out live on 成人快手 One and bbc.co.uk.

9. Rowing: Can Britain's rowers summon up a repeat of their gold medal performances from the World Cup in Munich by dominating the water in Beijing? The final haul will be decided over Saturday 15 August and Sunday 16 August, with the rowing finals taking place between 8.30-11.00am on both days. Olympic Breakfast will kick off the live action each day on 成人快手 One.

10. Cycling: Currently the dominant forces in world track cycling with seven World Champions, Team GB's cyclists are hoping to deliver the goods again in Beijing. The competitions begin on Friday 15 August, with the main action taking place approximately 9.30am to noon each day until Tuesday 19 August.

11. Sailing: Led by Ainslie and the Yngling crew, Team GB's sailors are set to finish as top sailing nation in Qingdao. Olympic Breakfast kick-starts the morning's sailing from 6.00am on 成人快手 One from Saturday 9 August until the final race on Thursday 21 August.

12. Boxing: With a record eight boxers in action, including one world champion, there should be several medals from Britain's pugilists. All of the finals take place on Saturday 23 August (noon start) and Sunday 24 August (6.30am start). 成人快手 One, 成人快手i and bbc.co.uk will carry all of the latest from the ring.

13. Craig Fallon: Fallon could be the man to win Britain's first medal of the Games in the men's 60kg judo on day one of the Games, Saturday 9 August. If Fallon makes the final, 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will be there to see how he gets on from 11.00am.

14. Badminton: Gail Emms and Nathan Robertson aim to go one better than Athens and take gold in the mixed doubles final, while Donna Kellogg and Anthony Clark have their own aspirations of taking home a medal. 15. Canoe-Slalom: Current European champion Campbell Walsh should be in the running for a medal in the men's K1 on 12 August. 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will follow Walsh from 10.40am.

16. Long distance swimming: Cassie Patten (20 August) and David Davies (21 August) go in the 10km swimming marathon. 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will cover the early morning finals, which begin at 2.00am.

17. Shanaze Reade: BMX world champion and cycling sensation, Reade could win Britain's first Olympic medal in the BMX on Thursday 21 August. 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will follow her as she goes in the women's race at 3.30am.

18. Beth Tweddle: The former world gold medallist is Britain's big hope again in gymnastics. Her best event, the uneven bars, begins at 11.45am on Monday 18 August. 成人快手 One and 成人快手i will bring the best of the action.

19. Middle Saturday: Saturday 16 August may prove to be Team GB's best day of the Games with eight real gold medal winning opportunities up for grabs in sailing, cycling, rowing, swimming and athletics.

20. The Closing Ceremony: The Closing Ceremony on Sunday 24 August marks both the end of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the official beginning of London 2012's four-year Olympic cycle. To celebrate this important occasion, the 成人快手 and the organisers of London 2012 are working together to stage a major live event in central London. 成人快手 One will cover the whole event as it happens from noon to 5.15pm.
