成人快手 Oxford, in response to requests for information on Judith Steele, has revealed this clip that was recorded on their Sunday morning religious programme a couple of weeks back.

Transcript of the conversation:
JH And today Judith Steele is with us. Her name will be familiar to many listeners. After the tragic death of her parents in a car crash when she was just 17, Judith took on sole responsibility for the upbringing of her brother Kieron. He was only five years old at the time of the accident. Kieron excelled at football and was signed by Oxford Rovers at the tender age of 16. His death two years later - on 5 November 2003 - following a single ecstasy tablet was much lamented. Judith has since become an active anti-drugs campaigner. She says that God has provided her with much comfort and she is now a prominent member of her local Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
So, Judith, perhaps you could begin by outlining the effects the loss of your parents and your subsequent responsibility for Kieron had on your life as a teenager?

JS Times were very hard. We had no immediate family, you see. I had to do my best for Kieron. I never went back to school after the accident. I spent most of my time at home when my friends were out enjoying themselves. I became more and more isolated and I
missed out on all the things that young people enjoy.

JH And how did you attempt to overcome the isolation?

JS I became very involved in Kieron's schooling. PTA, that sort of thing. But, obviously, the other women involved - the mothers - were much older than me. I never made any friends of my own age.

JH But it must have been pleasing to see how well Kieron did at school?

JS In a way. But I was disappointed that he wasn't more successful academically. I didn't want him to become a footballer. And I was right. There's a lot of evil at that club. That Fergus Hackett has a lot to answer for. Warren Taylor introduced Kieron to a world he wasn't prepared for. I don't care what the police say, he'd never have got involved with drugs if wasn't for Taylor聟

JH Kieron's death must have been very hard for you. Your anti-drugs campaign was very brave.

JS My work on drugs in schools has helped me deal with this tragedy. And some people associated with the club - Delilah Morris-Piper, for example - have been very supportive.

JH And your religious beliefs must be a great comfort to you.

JS Yes. People may run down the Jehovah's Witnesses but the Kingdom Hall has become my family. People have been so welcoming and I'm glad to be able to contribute by spreading the message from doorstep to doorstep. I can't imagine what life would be like without my faith. There'd be little point in continuing if everyone was as corrupt as the people at that club聟

JH Thank you, Judith. Our listeners will be very moved by your sad story and, I'm sure, wish you well for the future.
