Your pictures: Back to work
Every week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week the theme was back to work and we begin with a shot by Sean Anderson which shows a scene many of us are familiar with.
Nadia Hugo: "In the subway in Busan, South Korea, my friends thumb a ride while waiting for the train to take them to work."
Robert McClean: "The Calmac ferry from Oban arrives at Craignure, Isle of Mull, Scotland on a rainy, windy September evening. The deck hands have to go back to work in all weathers."
Sarah Horrigan: "Saw this man dashing across the road in Nottingham - nothing says 'late for work' like seeing someone playing chicken with city traffic lights!"
Kowsik Ramachandran: "Ants getting back to work in Butterfly World, Edinburgh. Shot with a Canon EOS 50D."
Ali Coton: "A street sculpture in Bratislava, Slovakia."
Paolo Nigris: "The parcel desk at New Dehli Railroad Station, lots of paper work to catch up with."
Jane See: "It's going to ba a long day ahead for this man."
Lee Garner: "Let's see: where do we begin, to put this mess back together?"
Matheu Petley: "A Puppet's Shadow?"
Allison Perrigo: "Back from maternity leave, my colleague and I went to Madagascar for a conference. As biologists back to work doesn't necessarily mean leaving everything at home."
Mario Irvin Crespo sent in this self-portrait. If you'd like to enter your pictures next week then just follow the link below this gallery.
