Clocking Off' was similar to 'Making Out' and set in a Mill (shot on Park Rd, Dukinfield) and was about the lives of the women working there (actor Keith Allen was their boss). The titles and content are so similar I can't remember which was filmed ten years ago with Keith Allen and which was filmed recently with Sarah Lancashire and Chris Eccleston.

A bit of clocking off, filmed down a side street in the centre. closed off the road in process! not good for our charity night held half way up the road!

Might be stretching it to suggest Glossop and Hadfield are a Manchester suburb, but we'll claim it anyway as it's just on the outer reaches of our area.
