Radio 1's head of live events Neil Wyatt took us on a tour of the Big Weekend site in Mote Park.

Stage 2: In New Music We trust

This is the first tent you'll come across on entering the site and this is where the real music fans will be hanging out.

According to Neil: "this year, this is where you'll see the bands that'll be on the main stage next year..."

Headroom / Signing tents

Neil shows us the 成人快手 Headroom tent - and the area where you can meet the stars and Radio 1 DJs.

"This is where we're going to get a load of young people involved in activities and leave them feeling really positive about themselves."

Stage 1: The Main Stage

The Main Stage tent is the largest structure of its kind in Europe. This is where Madonna will be playing.

"This really is the hub of the Big Weekend - it's the biggest tent ever and will be packed during Madonna's set."

Stage 4: 成人快手 Introducing

This mini, circular theatre will be a real treat for fans of up-and-coming music. The old-world, wooden booths and drapery will guarantee an intimate atmosphere and great acoustics.

Neil says: "It's all about finding the best new music - and us giving them a platform to perform at events like this. The tent is unlike anything you'll find on any other festival site."

Backstage / artists' area

Take a peek back-stage - this is where the performers will get ready and schmooze with those lucky enough to have a back-stage pass.
