Check below for the very latest information on how to get to Mote park, where to park or - if you live nearby and aren't going - when you can expect to get to sleep! What time is the event being held? From midday until about 10pm, Saturday and Sunday. On Friday 9th May sound check will be restricted to 4:30-7:30pm. There will be no amplified noise after 11pm on 10th and 11th May. If you're a resident and not a reveler, you'll be glad to hear that Maidstone council is working with SJM Concerts and Radio 1 to make sure noise levels are reasonable and comply with the Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts. The stages will be in a tented area and speakers will be set up to direct sound away from houses.
