The filthy banana
A cheeky rum, coffee and coconut cocktail to get you going this world rum day.
Ingredients
For the filthy banana
- 100ml/3½fl oz rum
- 50ml/2fl oz banana liquor
- 50ml/2fl oz coffee liqueur
- 50ml/2fl oz double cream
- 2 tsp cream of coconut
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop ice
For the garnish
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Swirl your glasses with chocolate syrup, it is best to do a circle of chocolate and let it drip.
Pour the blended cocktail into the chocolate drizzled glass.
Top with whipped cream and a single cherry on top.
