The two remaining north west chefs cook their entire menus again for the judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. They are joined by award-winning food writer Sabrina Ghayour and together they will decide which chef will go on to represent the north west of England in the national finals, for a chance to cook at the WI Centenary Banquet.
