South WestCookery competition. The country鈥檚 chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building, hosted by Heston Blumenthal. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the South West, he chooses between Richard Guest, Chris Horridge, Elisha Carter and Chris Wicks. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
